I recommend replacing your entire brake actuator on your 2000 Jayco 12 tent trailer. The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM72VR is a bolt on actuator that will mount to your 3" channel like the Atwood 85830. This is the best route to go as it is nearly impossible to find any parts for the Atwood actuator since it has been out of production for so long.

The Atwood RV Water Heater # AT96117 is a manual pilot light but it will work as a replacement for the Atwood GC6AA-9E. For an automatic pilot light you can use the Atwood RV Water Heater # AT96121 instead.

Jayco and other RV trailer makers do not maintain details about the smaller items like the locks they install but based on the information I could find on the Jayco part 0089033 that is installed on your trailer, it looks like the closest option we have available is with a paddle handle locking latch like the Polar Hardware # PLR5115.
